From this glorious vantage point, guests enjoy Coastal Mediterranean cuisine created by chef Nader Jaouhar who uses the freshest local ingredients while drawing on the inspiration of all the lands of the Mediterranean. Bar Vetro’s martinis are the perfect late afternoon complement to a small plates menu and the brilliant sunset view. Cielo also offers a private dining room and a chef’s table where spectacular occasions are designed to the guest’s desire. Open nightly. Attire: Evening Resort Wear—we respectfully ask that guests do not wear shorts or sportswear. Reservations suggested. |
